STR_600 This miniature 128x64 resolution back lit LCD display panel with integral shift lights has been designed to fit directly to almost any steering wheel of 280 > 300mm nominal diameter, using  3 standardized mounting locations. The 6 shift lights are ‘paired’ together starting from the outside and working towards the centre, the first 5 being yellow and the last pair are blue. For night time driving an external wired switch changes the LED brightness intensity to a lower level to avoid glare.

Every aspect of the six display pages are configured using dedicated ‘Windash’ software which enables the user to create custom readouts such as text, icons and bar graphs to relate the 96 bytes of channel data received via CAN from the logger. All pages are selected using an external push button switch, which operates as both ‘page select’ and alarm accept/step functions. 

Two direct analogue inputs with internal ‘pull up’ are available on the connector for use with our miniature NTC type temperature sensors.

Cougar - The Cougar dashboard offers an easy to read analogue RPM scale coupled LCD panel with Stand-Alone capability. Multiple analogue and digital inputs make this an ideal dashboard to completely replace all standard instruments.

Dashboard is housed in a light weight rugged ABS moulding with remote bayonet type loom connector. Environmentally sealed to IP64 for use with open cockpit formula cars or motorcycles.

Additional features of the Cougar include automatic alarms and high intensity shift and alarm lights which are user configurable in the Table Manager software.

A single LCD page is used to display each channel value in sequence at the press of a button.

Falcon - This tried and tested multi-page LCD display panel with Stand-Alone capability* is able to measure up to 10 analogue channels directly plus RPM, speed and lap time**. Communication between the Falcon and the data loggers is via the CAN line which allows all direct dashboard inputs to be logged and up to 12 channels & lap time to be re-transmitted from the logger to the display. This makes the Falcon an ideal dashboard to completely replace all standard instruments.

Additional features of the Falcon include automatic alarms, multiple shift lights which are user configurable in the Table Manager software, automatic display of corner minimum, and maximum straight line speeds and an Odometer for road vehicle use.

Three configurable pages for RACE, WARM UP and PRACTICE may be defined by the user to suit individual driver preferences, all of which are back lit

Unique sensor calibrations may be created and pre-loaded into the dashboard at the time of ordering to ensure compatibility with almost any existing sensor type.

Mamba - This miniature information panel has been designed to mount directly on to a steering wheel or any other ‘space limited’ location and uses a 128x64 resolution back lit LCD display housed in an 82x61mm aluminium housing.

Every aspect of the six page display is configured using dedicated software which enables the user to create custom readouts such as text, icons and bar graphs to relate the 96 bytes of channel data received via CAN from the logger.

Mamba - Miniature remote display panel

The LEM warning light display pod has been created to give 7 of the most commonly needed warning icons within the same housing, and with one connector. Typical applications are rally cars, kit cars or low volume production road cars.

To ensure ease of wiring installation, each input is configured as either High input (connect to 12v source) or Low input (connect to ground). As an example the main beam input is High input so that a splice can be taken from the car’s main beam directly into the LEM, conversely there may be a sensor switch, which closes with ground when there is low oil pressure, these are used with the Low inputs.

From left to right there are 7 warning icons
• Left turn symbol = High input
• Oil can symbol = Low input
• Battery symbol= Low input
• Main beam symbol= High input
• Side lights symbol= High input
• Generic warning symbol = Low input
• Right turn symbol = High input

The LEM is housed in a rugged black ABS enclosure and sealed to IP64, with an integral circular bayonet type connector which is supplied as part of the system. Mounting is via 2 M4 female threads on the rear face of the device.
